Updating the HF Indicators
I posted this over on Seeking Alpha.
Not much good seems to be happening, and I am concerned about the low pace of construction and a likely end to the short-term impetus provided by the auto manufacturing restart. That seems to be petering out.

I read through the post on Seeking Alpha. I'm not surprised by construction numbers. People who don't have steady income don't buy houses, and contractors who got burned hard a dozen years ago aren't going to stick their necks out again. We might be approaching the peak of the middle leg of the W - it will depend on how many states decide they have to tighten restrictions again.
