Supply and demand
In the German health care system, or so it seems to me. Germany imposed a small fee for going to the doctor, and visits to the doctor dropped.
Look, I'm pretty much an average woman. In my 50's, settled down with a guy. I take care of things as best I can, and pause most days to calm down and watch the world go by. Life is pretty good.
