The Iraqi Constitutional Referendum
Hammorabi has some final counts. All of them aren't in yet, but it does appear that the Iraqi constitution passed. The provision that might have stopped it was if three provinces rejected it by at least 2/3rds of the vote, and it seems impossible for that to have happened.
