Veteran's Day: Project Valour-IT Closes

The Marine team hasn't met our goal of $21,000 in contributions for Project Valour-IT. We are sitting at $17,226.

If you haven't made a donation, please consider doing so. The purpose of the project is to buy specially equipped lap-top computers for wounded veterans.

If you have, thank you very much. As Holly Aho put it:
No matter which team you are on in this competition, no matter which team you donated on behalf of, you have done something special. Some wounded soldiers may never know there was a fundraiser, or which team helped raise the money for the computer held in their lap. What he or she will know is that they are loved and respected by Americans who are grateful.
There is a special book to sign over at Holly's.

It is a similar program for the veterans who Iraq really would have. In the contact of the destroyed television it has a man, that one that you services in the republican protection of Iraq. And he is a good man. This person did not have the fight of the selection nevertheless and she does not gain ulteriorly the thoughts and the computers. They must partially fight the, Abdul
Abdul - We all have to do what we can.

The fight between those who would build up societies and those who want to tear them down seems to be going on almost all around the world.

Here in the US there is a lot of nonsense in the press, but the average person still knows what's important and right. We still try to lead worthy lives.

You are right that the Iraqi men in the services and the police are taking terrible wounds.
MoM, Project Valour-IT was such an amazing thing to be a part of. I think some other branches did really well, though I did throw my support to the Marines. All in all, a lot of money was raised. Gotta love Bloggers.
