Until The Power Goes

Neither one sound very happy. They say people are too complacent. I'm afraid of near-catastrophic flooding.

I do not undetrstand why Dr. Clouthier didn't get the hell out of Dodge.

Well, in a way that's good, since I tend to think the prayers of the skeptics have more oomph at times. Thanks.
In part it may be the clinic. Medical types tend not to leave unless they are on the front lines. They are not in a place where severe flooding is expected. Viola's in the same general area.
