I forwarded the original blog posting (with the court transcript) around. Especially the part about the "re-created" evidence. ("Fake but Accurate", anyone?)
My old Dungeonmaster (D&D) had this comment:
"Like he (CW's lawyer) thought that would fly."
A Mormon lawyer contact in Texas commented that this is the type of stuff that usually leads to investigations and lotsa felony indictments.
